BREM FELLOWSHIP

GRACE THOMAS

GRACE THOMAS

“Being a breast imaging fellow, with the support of the Brem Foundation, means going the extra mile and communicating directly with my patients – whether explaining the imaging findings or biopsy results, and always acknowledging the fact that there is a face and a life behind the images that I see on my screen.”

Dr. Thomas is from Oklahoma City, OK, and completed her medical education at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and her residency in diagnostic radiology at Texas A&M Health Science Center / Baylor Scott & White Healthcare in Temple, TX. During residency, she was first exposed to the principles of breast cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment and decided to specialize in breast imaging and intervention after seeing the amazing impact that early detection can have. She is excited to learn and experience as much as possible with Dr. Brem and colleagues at GW Breast Imaging this year in order to provide the highest standard of care to her patients.
